Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and how long we keep it.
This site is operated by 13551172 Canada Inc., doing business as TruckerPro. This policy covers truckerpro.org only. The TruckerPro TMS and its apps have their own Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you submit the pilot interest form, we collect your name and email, plus anything else you choose to give us: phone, company, asset type, number of units, location, timing and your message. We also record which page the form was on.
To stop duplicate and abusive submissions we keep scrambled (hashed) versions of your email and network address. We do not store the network address itself.
Demo bookings happen on Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use form details to respond to you about the pilot. Submitting the form is not an order. We do not sell your information, add it to an automatic marketing list, or send form contents to Google Analytics.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Submissions are stored on Cloudflare and removed after about 90 days. A copy is emailed through Resend to our sales mailbox, where it stays until we no longer need it to follow up. These providers may process your information in the United States or other countries.
Analytics, cookies and fonts
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets Google Analytics cookies and sends Google your IP address, page URL, referrer and approximate location. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.
Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
We post any change here and update the date at the top of this page.
